The hotel was in the best area in Bordeaux, close to the central area, Christmas market, opera, and shopping district, making it convenient to explore the city. It was also within walking distance to a supermarket, which was handy. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided was worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue and were impressed by its central location. With everything we needed on the doorstep, it was easy to explore the area on foot. The service was fantastic, with the staff making every effort to be helpful, even though they were not very fluent in English. Though there were some minor issues with the language, this place was definitely worth the recommendation to our family and friends.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing free coffee and cakes in the lounge area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although some guests mentioned that the lighting could be improved.
Some guests felt that the bathroom could use an upgrade, and there were mixed reviews about the breakfast options. a minor complaint was raised about the individual plastic wrappers for each slice of cheese.
