The hotel was in the best area in Bordeaux, close to the central area, Christmas market, opera, and shopping district, making it convenient to explore the city. It was also within walking distance to a supermarket, handy. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, and the staff were really good too ensure our comfort and needs were met. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue and were impressed by its central location. With everything we needed on the doorstep, it was easy to explore the area on foot. The service was fantastic, with the staff making every effort to be helpful, even though they were not very fluent in English. Though there were some minor issues with the language, this place was definitely worth the recommendation to our family and friends.

we liked location and people at this hotel. lots of supplies in the room: an individual safe, an electronic key card and a work desk. we received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus.
